Someone has been using my GT Bank Naira MasterCard to buy Credits on this site. What can I do to know the person or stop this threat?

You have to contact your bank immediately to block the credit card and investigate further. If someone stole your card details, then you might see all kind of charges for your account and there is also the risk of losing all the money. These situations should be addressed immediately to the official bank representatives, not on forums, Q&A boards and such. The more time you spend without blocking the account, the more money you could lose.
Something which I don't understand, went wrong on my Telbo account when I was trying to make a call. I want a new Telbo account. I bought Telbo voucher, but cannot load it because my old account doesn't function anymore. I want a new account, but don't know how to go about it. I need help on how to open a new Telbo account.

To register for a new Telbo account, visit the official website and fill the form with new details. You might need to use another email address since you can't create 2 accounts with the same email address. Make sure to use a valid email since you will receieve a confirmation link that needs to be accessed to confirm the account.
